Included in your Cooking Holiday in the Caribbean are tours of the colourful island markets both in St.Lucia and the neighbouring french island of Martinique.
Your cooking vacation will take you on a tour of the areas where the wonderous native fruits, vegetables and plants grow. Fernando will delight you with his knowledge of their health given properties which he has learnt from the older generation whilst growing up in St.Lucia. The herbal plants are still widely used today for ailment cures.

If you are interested in sailing, Captain Geri will be happy to show you some sailing skills.
You will also have the opportunity to go exploring, walk in a live volcano in St.Lucia and visit the lush rain forest in St.Lucia.
Snorkeling, water skiing and kayaking are available from the yacht.
A favourite pastime is just relaxing on the spacious deck, in the hammock or comfortable cockpit. The choice is yours.
